As the sun sets on the far side of ECAV, the calendar crawls closer to football season. The RPI Engineers will arrive on campus Saturday and begin practice the following morning. Both veteran and new RPI student-athletes will take to the turf and begin preparing for their first contest of the 2015 season.
The Engineers open at home, at ECAV, at 12 pm noon, in out of conference action against Norwich. They then will go on the road to play Alfred the following week. The regular season schedule will rotate with a home game followed by an away game in continuation until the season's completion. For a comprehensive view of the 2015 Schedule, please click here.
The 2015 RPI Football roster will be led by 19 seniors combined with great depth from the underclassmen including an impressive freshman class. The RPI Coaching Staff is led by head coach Ralph Isernia, who is entering his fourth season as head coach. The Engineers finished with 6 wins and 5 losses last year and look to improve upon the strides they made last season.
